WHY WE EXIST
WE BELIEVE IN A WORLD WHERE THERE IS A FATHER FOR EVERY CHILD.
Children benefit in every measurable way by the presence of a loving, committed father in the home. Scripture shows that God cares for the fatherless in a special way (Psalm 68:5) and we have adopted His cause as our own.
There are over 700 million fatherless children in the world, with the United States leading the way - nearly 1 in 4 children in the U.S. are growing up without a father.
Children without fathers are at substantially greater risk of growing up in poverty, abusing drugs and alcohol, experiencing mental and behavioral health disorders, struggling in school, and engaging in criminal activity.
On the other hand, children with present dads or father-figures possess higher levels of emotional and social wellbeing, are 43% more likely to get A’s in school, are 80% less likely to spend time in jail, and are half as likely to experience mental health problems than those living in two-parent homes.
